  • Work independently with minimal supervision, demonstrating a collaborative approach to the work and the ability to foster interpersonal relationships within the team and the wider community.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • At least one year of experience in accounting, finance, or financial operations.
  • Demonstrated Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, customer service, and written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to ensure the timely delivery of all assignments and discretion, tact, and good judgment when working with sensitive and confidential information.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • At least one year of experience delivering customer service to a broad constituency.
  • Knowledge of the financial operations of nonprofit organizations, especially higher education.
  • Experience with SAP or similar enterprise accounting systems.
