Business Development Representative-SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED

Business Development Representative- SALES DEPARTMENT
Porsche Audi Burlingame has been family owned and operated since 1951.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follow up with hot leads via CRM communication- email, text and phone calls
- Generate 50+ appointments per month with a 65% show rate
- qualify prospective clients by handling all objections and using persuasion skills
- Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
- Responsible for making outbound unsold follow-up calls
- Be available to respond to phone AND email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
- Meet and exceed goals each monthly and quarter
REQUIREMENTS:
- No Experience necessary, Will train the right candidate
- Must be willing to work weekends and holidays except for New Years Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
- Self-motivated and goal oriented
- Be able to work in a team environment
- Must be willing to submit to a drug screen prior to employment
