- 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience required, with PEO (Professional Employer Organization) sales experience being advantageous.
- Familiarity with HCM, Benefits, Payroll, and/or insurance is desirable.
- Strong background in consultative sales preferred.
- CRM System proficiency
- Prior experience in HCM/Payroll sales and external sales roles.
- Extensive network of contacts in the Cleveland, Ohio area.
- Demonstrated proficiency in both hunting for new leads and building lasting relationships.
