Position: Transportation Coordinator
Hours: (varying in-between) 7:30am to 5pm
Days: Monday – Friday: 4 days a week/32 hours week
Job Summary:
Manage and oversee transportation services for residents, ensuring efficient and safe transportation to appointments and outings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent DRV’s values, mission, and vision.
- Ensure safe practices and infection control.
- Coordinate daily transportation schedules for travel and time efficiency.
- Transport residents to appointments and shopping trips.
- Maintain communication with residents and staff.
- Report vehicle issues to maintenance.
- Assist with shopping and banking for residents.
- Support office staff with reception duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Team player with a positive, patient attitude.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and creative.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds and push/pull 60 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
