Key Responsibilities:

A typical day for a Shuttle Driver includes:

  • Responding promptly to guest requests for shuttle services within the property.
  • Driving the shuttle in compliance with state regulations and company guidelines.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the shuttle bus and reporting any mechanical issues to the supervisor or maintenance team.
  • Providing guests with essential information about mountain conditions, weather updates, ski trails, lift access points, and dining options in a polite manner.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience.
  • Answering inquiries and offering directions as needed.

Qualifications:

This role may be a good fit for you if:

  • You are at least 18 years of age.
  • You have a high school diploma or GED.
  • You are available to work during days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • You possess strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests in a welcoming manner.
  • You hold a valid Michigan driver's license; a CDL license is preferred but not mandatory.
