Key Responsibilities:

A typical day for a Shuttle Driver includes:

  • Responding promptly to guest requests for shuttle transportation
  • Driving the shuttle in compliance with state regulations and company guidelines
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of the shuttle bus and reporting any mechanical issues to the supervisor or maintenance manager
  • Providing guests with daily updates on mountain conditions, weather forecasts, ski trails, lift access points, and dining options in a friendly manner
  • Delivering exceptional customer service to enhance the guest experience
  • Answering inquiries and giving directions as needed

Qualifications:

This role may be a great fit for you if:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You have completed a high school diploma or GED
  • You are available to work various shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • You possess strong communication skills and enjoy interacting with guests in a positive manner
  • You hold a valid Michigan driver's license; a CDL license is preferred but not mandatory
