What you'll do for us:

  • Handling and assisting with document distribution and other administrative projects and responsibilities including club calendar oversight
  • Arranging and attending meetings as required: agenda coordination; minute taking and distribution
  • Work with Leadership Team to create an engaging and friendly environment for the professional staff, the members and their guests
  • Work with the Board of Directors as directed by the General Manager
