Assist the PM in the following responsibilities:
- Provide engineering design, technology upgrades, integration, operation and maintenance (O&M) of the software, hardware, and applications within the distributed information DevSecOps pipeline infrastructure supporting the Joint Staff J7, its training audiences, training sources, training observers and JLVC Modernization projects
- Support client’s initiatives enabling a more scalable, secure, containerized, and adaptable infrastructure using Agile methodologies focused on integrating development, security, and operations (DEVSECOPS) into a single continuous process that includes integration of Zero Trust requirements as prioritized by government personnel
- Prepare financial reports that communicate vital information for status and awareness of all Contractor services supporting this task
- Develop and maintain implementation strategies and network Certification & Accreditation (C&A) supporting the DevSecOps pipeline environment
- Develop and maintain Assessment and Authorization (A&A) documentation, Configuration Management (CM) baselines, Risk Management (RMF) documentation, security reviews and assessments, Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&Ms) and other security documents as required
- Provide technical and non-technical functions in the client’s Information Systems Security Management Plan
- Manage a diverse team supporting the client’s tasking to include:
-- Provide engineering support, cyber compliancy and maintenance for network/systems/devices to include configuration management of the underline virtualization software, such as VMware, KVM and software defined networks (SDN)
-- Provide system engineering support for various pipelines, integrated systems, networks,
support equipment and other Information Technology (IT) and Cyber Security systems
-- Provide troubleshooting, repair, monitor and management enterprise networks and services
-- Provide engineering support necessary for proper design, infrastructure upgrades, testing, maintenance oversight, and operational readiness.
-- Restoral of data center power infrastructure supporting DevSecOps pipeline and other datacenter capabilities.
Qualifying Requirements:
- Must currently possess a U.S. Government issued, active Secret Level Security Clearance
- 5+ years of recent and relevant experience leading IT projects or working with DoD systems required to simulate and stimulate live, virtual, and constructive systems for integrated training in an architecture that can support the Joint Training Enterprise Network (JTEN) that is used as a training transport platform.
Certification/Education Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree with technical (computer science, business, engineering, etc) focus.
- Master's degree preferred
