Job Summary:

Leidos is seeking a highly skilled Senior Analyst to join our team in Suffolk, VA. As a Senior Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our customer at the Joint Staff J6 Joint Assessment Division (JAD) in conducting capability assessments, system of systems interoperability assessments, and Joint All Domain Command and Control (JADC2) assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage JAD assessment projects, including coordinating with government project leads, action officers, and leading a team of analysts, subject matter experts, and engineers to complete all phases of a project.
  • Support the development of system descriptions, experimental test designs, scenarios, and metrics, and coordinate the determination of data requirements and test venues.
  • Oversee the calculation of quantitative and qualitative metrics, and lead the development of project reports, including findings, observations, conclusions, and recommendations.
  • Coordinate the implementation of recommendations with external stakeholders, and engage with customers to provide project results and recommendations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and 12 years of related experience, or Master's degree and 10 years of related experience.
  • Secret Clearance and ability to obtain and maintain TS Clearance.
  • Experience in one or more of the following functional areas: C5ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance), as it relates to Combined Joint All Domain Command and Control (CJADC2) interoperability to facilitate global force integration.
  • MS Office proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Targeting Experience.
  • Combatant Command Staff experience.
  • Joint duty experience.
  • Contingency and/or large force operations experience.
  • Experience with Joint Fires, Joint Close Air Support, Integrated Air and Missile Defense, or Counter Unmanned Aircraft Systems.
  • Advanced military school graduate.
  • Technical writing experience.
