Job DescriptionJob Description

The position plays a crucial role in ensuring a positive resident experience by effectively managing maintenance concerns and repairs within our residential/commercial property portfolio. This role involves qualifying work orders, troubleshooting maintenance issues, dispatching service through a preferred vendor network, and overseeing the completion of work orders. This position will also manage the vendor network, conduct property surveys, and execute various duties as assigned by the Company Owners or Property Managers.

Compensation:

$16 - $22 hourly

Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize resident satisfaction by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Utilize troubleshooting skills to assess problems and determine potential solutions.
  • Consistently monitor work orders, ensuring that they are completed to the satisfaction of residents and clients in a timely manner. Carefully compare invoices to the requested work, addressing any discrepancies promptly and professionally.
  • Source new vendors and nurture lasting relationships with existing vendors to maintain a reliable and high-quality network.
Qualifications:

These qualities are fundamental to creating an environment where residents, owners, and vendors experience the highest level of service.

  • A consistently positive and upbeat demeanor, coupled with unwavering ethics and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills to provide exceptional support to residents, owners, and vendors.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office, knowledge of the Internet, and email communication.
  • Knowledge of repair work or home maintenance is preferred, but willing to train a motivated candidate.
  • In addition to the above, strong communication skills, organizational and prioritization abilities, and excellent attention to detail are central to success in this role.
