Administrative Support Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Clearwater Paper. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in facilitating business communications, coordinating meetings, and preparing presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and arrange catering and equipment as needed.
- Route incoming correspondence, prepare outgoing mail, email, faxes, and UPS shipments.
- Prepare confidential correspondence for senior leaders and their direct reports.
- Organize and maintain effective filing systems and records.
- Process and review expense reports and travel arrangements.
- Generate performance reports for managers, including scorecards, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Work cooperatively with various teams to improve strategies and participate in employee and community involvement teams.
- Assist with special projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Associates or Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in office administration required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Customer service oriented, supporting a diverse customer group.
- Previous report generation, leadership support, and analytical skills desired.
- Self-directed and high initiative with ability to handle variety of tasks in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
