Responsibilities

  • Provides complete administrative and personal assistant support to assigned Executive Staff.
  • Works independently to perform advanced, diversified and complex secretarial duties
  • Produces information by formatting, editing, typing, copying, and transmitting/distributing memos, letters, minutes, and presentations.
  • Answers and screens calls or redirect calls as appropriate.
  • Receive and direct visitors.
  • Schedules and maintains calendar including travel and appointments.
  • Schedules travel arrangements.
  • Arranges meetings and conferences.
  • Oversee the assembly and mailing of various reporting packages to the parent company and team members.
  • Processing invoices and preparing expense reports.
  • Updated and organizing files when needed.
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED. Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
  • Five to ten of legal administrative experience.
  • Proven experience with handing confidential information.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with flexibility, ownership and adequate follow-up.
  • Strong orientation toward customer service.
  • Strong PC skills, with presentation software experience preferred.
