Your keen eye for detail will be key in sorting and processing documents throughout the organization. Imagine the satisfaction of notifying co-workers when their packages arrive


A DAY IN THE LIFE:

  • Perform a variety of general office and clerical duties, including, but not limited to processing incoming and outgoing mail, distributing forms and correspondence, filing, and making copies.
  • Operate data capture technology to import or scan documents into our document management system.
  • Identify and classify documents according to characteristics such as document type.
  • Obtain and maintain Notary Commission and provide notarial services to associates as needed, following requirements and rules of the Office of the Minnesota Secretary of State.
  • Other duties as assigned.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE:

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook and Excel.
  • Strong Analytical skills and critical reasoning.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Highly organized and meticulous.
  • Ability to multi-task and lift 35 lbs. multiple times per day.
  • Flexibility to perform varying work activities to meet business needs.
  • Physical abilities include sitting, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, and carrying.
  • Ability to support change and recommend process improvements.
  • Ability to self-motivate and work independently as well as within a team environment.
