Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced trauma environment, working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Assess and manage trauma patients with complex injuries, utilizing advanced life support skills and critical thinking to make informed decisions.
- Participate in trauma team activations and contribute to the development of individualized patient care plans.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trauma care protocols and best practices, participating in ongoing education and training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program and current RN licensure in Minnesota.
- BSN required within 3 years of hire.
- Current BLS Healthcare Provider card and ACLS certification within 12 months of hire.
- Trauma Nursing Core Curriculum (TNCC) and Emergency Nurse Pediatric Course (ENPC) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification within 18 months of hire.
