The Senior Operations Analyst will also develop performance metrics, monitor operational trends, and offer strategic recommendations to enhance operational effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform detailed analysis of operational processes and data to identify inefficiencies, trends, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement performance metrics and KPIs to track and evaluate operational performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and supply chain, to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
  • Create and maintain operational models, dashboards, and reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Lead or participate in projects aimed at optimizing processes, improving productivity, and reducing costs.
  • Monitor industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions and improvements.
  • Present findings and recommendations to senior management, including detailed reports and strategic insights.
  • Support the development and implementation of new operational initiatives and process changes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certification (e.g., Six Sigma) is a plus.
  • 4+ years of experience in operations analysis or a related field, with a strong understanding of operational metrics and process optimization.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and modeling tools, including Excel, SQL, and operational software.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams and influencing operational improvements.
  • Knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
