- Support month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accurate financial statement preparation.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring optimal liquidity and financial stability.
- Conduct financial modeling and scenario analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks, implementing controls to safeguard the organization's assets.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial analysis, operations, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Proven experience in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and the use of financial management software.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and other financial analysis tools.
- Professional certification such as CFA, CPA, or similar is a plus.
