Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Coordinator to support our office and sales teams. This full-time position requires a professional who can handle both administrative tasks and sales follow-ups with efficiency and enthusiasm. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess a strong attention to detail, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Support:
    • Handle financial tasks and manage day-to-day office functions.
    • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for various tasks.
    • Answer multi-line phones, perform accurate data entry, and manage customer information through our CRM system.
    • Qualify customers, ensuring they are homeowners and involve decision-makers.
  • Inside Sales:
    • Follow up on sales leads and estimates, and reach out to customers post-consultation to answer questions and facilitate sales.
    • Ensure customers receive and understand estimates, and coordinate with in-home sales reps for follow-ups and estimate delivery.
    • Engage in negotiations to close sales when needed and earn a commission based on sales generated.
Required Qualifications:
  • Experience:
    • Prior office administration experience is preferred; and inside sales is ideal.
  • Skills:
    • Strong phone presence with a pleasant voice.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
    • Detail-oriented and highly accurate in data entry.
    • Ability to follow up assertively with both customers and sales reps.
    • Familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Personal Traits:
    • Assertive, proactive, and organized.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
