Established in 2015 with a mission to provide unsurpassed caviar collections with quality, integrity, and sustainability, The Caviar Co. conducts business with absolute transparency, sources with great care for the planet, and provides artisanal products with undeniable reliability.

General responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and executing The Caviar Co.’s marketing strategies and campaigns across various channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional media.

  • Write and edit various types of content (e.g., e-blasts, SMS, blog posts, social media posts).

  • Conduct research to identify industry trends, competitive insights, and potential customer needs to inform marketing strategies and content creation.

  • Support the marketing team in implementing content plans and help with content distribution and promotion.

  • Capture and create content that highlights who The Caviar Co. is and what we do, both on-site and at off-site events.

  • Partner with the Marketing and Brand Managers to manage the company's social media profiles and presence, ensuring consistent messaging and engagement with our community.

  • Analyze marketing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies.

  • Join off-site events alongside our Event Manager to support curated caviar experiences.

  • Support our retail store location and build a strong understanding of our clientele and customer base.

Requirements:

  • 1 -2 years of relevant work experience. Social media roles or internships are a plus

  • Passion for food and hospitality

  • Exceptional writing and editing skills with a keen eye for detail.

  • Strong research abilities to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Ability to create compelling content that resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficiency with content management systems and social media platforms.

  • Analytical mindset to evaluate content performance and adapt strategies.

  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting all deadlines.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative content ideas.
