Key Responsibilities

  • Content Marketing Initiatives: Design and implement content marketing initiatives to achieve business targets, including lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, sales, and customer success, to generate content ideas and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Editorial Calendar: Develop and maintain an editorial calendar to ensure timely and consistent content publication.
  • Content Optimization: Analyze web traffic metrics and content performance to measure ROI and make data-driven decisions to optimize content strategy.
  • Content Distribution: Share content through various channels, including social media, email newsletters, and our website, to ensure a strong web presence.
  • Customer Feedback: Collect and incorporate customer feedback to generate ideas for increasing customer engagement and improving content relevance.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in content creation, preferably in the B2B SaaS space, with a strong understanding of legal technology.
  • Content Creation: Demonstrated experience in content creation from ideation to execution and optimization, with a keen attention to detail.
  • SEO and Web Traffic Metrics: Hands-on experience with SEO and web traffic metrics, with a focus on impression and content engagement data.
  • Social Media: Expertise in social media platforms, including content creation, publishing, and engagement.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communication, or a related field.
