Job Summary

Summary: Crothall Healthcare provides an advanced level of quality maintenance, service and support for multi-modality, multi-vendor diagnostic imaging (DI) equipment.

Job Description: This role is responsible for the leadership, support and development of the DI service team, to ensure expert service of imaging equipment and customer satisfaction. The NSE role is also the last line of defense before service is outsourced to a third-party.

Primary Duties:

* Responsible for technical support for customer accounts, equipment assets and/or modalities as assigned. This includes the development of programs and procedures, training, mentoring, technical support, monitoring escalations, cost productivity, and driving self-service capability.
* Provide technical support via phone, written (email or other) and on- site, as needed.
* Demonstrate advanced troubleshooting capability for multi-modality, multi-OEM’s.
* Proven track record of solving difficult problems
* Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations
* Perform/facilitate DI assessments at new account start-up or when needed.
* Supports QA/RA to ensure compliance with company, ISO, and governmental policies. Contribute/write policies as needed.

General Duties:

* Perform daily duties in accordance with the Crothall Healthcare Policy and Procedure Manual.
* Ability to carry or pull up to 40 lbs of equipment and tools.
* Frequent bending, stooping, twisting and turning required using full body mobility.
* Adhere to prescribed PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) requirements to protect against physical, biological and chemical hazards.
* Perform other related duties as required.
* Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a good driving record.
* Available for after hours and weekend support as needed.
* Travel up to 80% of the time to customer sites, meetings, and training as required.


Skills/Qualifications:

* Bachelor’s or Associate’s Degree in Electronics/Biomedical Technology or equivalent.
* Must be competent with a minimum of 5 years of experience servicing and maintaining advanced multi-vendor/multi-modality DI equipment.
* Operate under required knowledge of regulatory requirements.
* Strong time management ability
* Able to collaborate and cooperate in a team environment to achieve assigned goals and objectives, take direction and proactively complete assignments.
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Ability to prioritize, organize and handle multiple projects and activities simultaneously.
