Key Responsibilities:

As a Technical Support Specialist, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing comprehensive support for desktop computers and related hardware.
  • Ensuring that all employees have access to the necessary tools for their job functions.
  • Conducting face-to-face interactions with end users to resolve issues promptly.
  • Exercising independent judgment and discretion in troubleshooting and resolving technical problems.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:

  • An undergraduate degree or vocational certification, or at least two years of experience in information systems, ideally within a technology-focused environment.
  • A minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on desktop support experience, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and various software applications.
  • Extensive experience in troubleshooting software applications.
  • Familiarity with active directory administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage professionally with a diverse range of individuals.
