If so, then we have the perfect opportunity for you Aflac of Sioux Falls is currently seeking a dedicated and motivated Benefits Advisor to join our team.

Our new associates average between $35,000 and $60,000 their first year, depending on performance. Our compensation will be discussed in detail during the interview process, including first-year commissions, residual commission, available bonuses, and stock.

Insurance experience is not required, we will pay for your study courses to help you get licensed.

Responsibilities of a Benefits Advisor:
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance on employee benefits
  • Build strong relationships with clients, earning their trust and loyalty through exceptional service
  • Educate clients on their coverage options and help them make informed decisions
  • Collaborate with team members to provide comprehensive benefits solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices
Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in sales or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Goal-oriented with a drive to succeed
  • Licensed to sell insurance in the state of South Dakota or willing to obtain licensure
