Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Benefits inbox and address routine inquiries from employees.
- Distribute notification letters, facilitate new hire orientation, and assist with enrollment processes for new employees.
- Collect and process benefit-related documentation.
- Review and audit enrollment data, making necessary corrections to ensure accuracy.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly audits, reconciling enrollment figures and premiums with Payroll and insurance carriers.
- Verify the accuracy of provider files.
- Handle insurance billing processes.
- Assist in the planning and execution of open enrollment activities.
- Ensure compliance with all HIPAA privacy regulations.
- Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to create complex documents, manipulate spreadsheets, prepare professional presentations, manage databases, and coordinate meetings.
- Perform administrative tasks such as filing, generating reports, and scheduling meetings.
- Coordinate travel and appointment arrangements as required.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions is essential. Familiarity with HRIS or benefits enrollment systems is preferred.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Aptitude for building relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various locations.
- Strong computer proficiency.
- Attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Compensation: $18-22 per hour
