Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the Benefits inbox and address routine inquiries from employees.
  • Distribute notification letters, facilitate new hire orientation, and assist new employees with their enrollment processes.
  • Collect and manage benefits documentation efficiently.
  • Review and audit enrollment changes, ensuring accuracy and making necessary corrections.
  • Conduct monthly and quarterly audits, reconciling enrollment data and premiums with Payroll and carriers.
  • Verify provider files for precision.
  • Process insurance billing accurately.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of open enrollment activities.
  • Ensure compliance with all HIPAA privacy regulations.
  • Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite to create complex documents, manipulate spreadsheets, and produce professional presentations, while managing databases and scheduling meetings.
  • Perform office tasks, including filing, generating reports, and organizing meetings.
  • Coordinate travel and appointment arrangements as needed.
Qualifications:
  • Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Proficiency in advanced Excel functions is required; experience with HRIS or benefits enrollment systems is preferred.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Able to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders across various locations.
  • Strong computer proficiency.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Compensation: $18-22 per hour
