Key Responsibilities

  • Manage annual benefit enrollment periods and oversee the transfer of coverage to new vendors
  • Provide first-rate benefit plan communications to clients
  • Resolve day-to-day service issues and concerns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefit plan documents
  • Counsel clients on a wide range of regulatory issues affecting benefit plans

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of benefit plan experience
  • Extensive knowledge of group insurance (medical, dental, vision, life, and disability products)
  • Strong communication skills, including public speaking and written correspondence
  • Knowledge of resources to research regulatory issues and provide clear, concise, and accurate information and guidance to clients
  • Ability to work under pressure and multi-task
  • Passion for motivating others inside and outside the firm to accomplish goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, human resources, health services administration, or equivalent
