Key Responsibilities

  14. Developing a thorough understanding of the Bank's offerings through practical experience and participation in training sessions to deliver exceptional customer service while cultivating relationships and surpassing expectations.
Supervisory Duties
Responsible for the overall guidance, coordination, assessment, and development of reporting staff. Executes supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and relevant laws. Duties include interviewing, hiring, and training staff; planning, assigning, and directing work; evaluating performance, rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing grievances and resolving issues.

Qualifications
To excel in this position, an individual must successfully perform each essential function. The requirements listed below represent the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for this role. Education & Experience
A Bachelor's degree (B.A.) is required; three to five years of relevant experience and/or training is necessary; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Language Skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential. The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business publications, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations is required. Proficiency in writing reports, business correspondence, and procedural manuals is necessary. The ability to effectively present information and respond to inquiries from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public is also important.

Mathematical Skills
Capability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply basic algebra and geometry concepts.

Reasoning Ability
Ability to identify problems, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret various instructions in written, mathematical, or diagram form and manage several abstract and concrete variables.

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Appropriate securities licenses are required, such as Series 65 or Series 66. A valid driver's license is necessary, and willingness to travel to various branch locations as business needs arise is expected.
