Job Description

Seeking a self-motivated, well organized and flexible individual for an entry-level position on our Accounting team. The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable along with various bookkeeping functions to serve the Firm's clients and assist with payment processing and billing. Candidate must be able to interact with others in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.

Minimum Qualifications

-Over 1 year of office experience

-AA degree in Accounting or related field is preferred, but not required

-Practical experience and proficient in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel, and have a keen ability to work with an in-house accounting software package

-Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a team

-Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills

-Detail-oriented, accurate, ability to multi-task, meet critical deadlines, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information. Attention to details and time-management skills are a must.
