RESPONSIBILITIES: Primarily responsible for the financial reporting for multiple venture capital funds. This position will report to a Senior Accounting Manager.

Prepare daily/weekly journal entries in connection with fund activity

Prepare quarterly financial statements

Prepare schedules and provide support in connection with the annual audit

Assist in managing cash flow needs

Various ad-hoc tasks, and other projects and deadlines that arise in relation to above

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

1 - 3 years of experience in public accounting, fund accounting, and/or fund operations

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Knowledge of Allvue is a plus

CPA preferred

Excellent organizational and time management skills with a strong ability to prioritize work

Excellent communication skills

Detail-oriented, a successful problem solver, and a team player

Knowledge of GAAP

Works well under pressure and responds to deadline with urgency
