Job Description:

Murthy Law Firm has an exciting opportunity for an Administrative Assistant to directly support the CEO of the company. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, well organized and flexible. Candidate must be able to interact with others in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Strong written and verbal communication skills are important.


Duties include but are not limited to:

Organize CEO’s calendar; Coordinate on and off-site meetings / events; Coordinate firm wide activities; Make travel arrangements; Order and pick up supplies for events; Attend events with CEO as requested; Be available to assist CEO as requested on a daily basis, including outside of normal business hours.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting an executive
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong writing and organization skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette
  • Professional demeanor
  • Able to manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
