We’re currently looking for an Account Executive, High Net Worth Insurance who will maintain our high standards of service for clients and understand what their needs are before they know it themselves. Account Executives support the sales team in the sale and retention of designated High Net Worth Insurance accounts as well as coordinating client activity with sales and support teams.


What’s the work like?

You will...

  • Perform all service needs including applications, quotations, ID cards, endorsements, binders, billings, renewals, action items and correspondence on assigned accounts and enter and maintain underwriting information in computer.
  • To receive, document and process all insureds’, producers’ and insurance companies’, requests for service and to submit this information to insurance companies in a timely manner.
  • Knowledgeable of all personal lines products and rating procedures.
  • Conduct annual coverage surveys and recommend/sell additional coverage and/or increases in limits.
  • Prepare quotes for both on new and renewal business and prepare proposals according to FNIC standards.
  • Available to attend and/or lead in-person and/or virtual meetings for qualified accounts.
  • Maintain client files on Agency Management System and use computer system for processing transactions.
  • Maintain knowledge of current underwriting and policy provisions, including binding authority, of contracted insurance carriers for High Net Worth markets.
  • Attend High Net Worth carrier meetings.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly production, status & progress reports for management.
  • Perform quality reviews as requested
  • Continually evaluate and enforce High Net Worth policies, procedures, workflows and documentations.
  • Manage and maintain a designated book of business.
  • Maintain regular and consistent attendance
  • Any other special projects and duties as assigned

Requirements:

What do I need to know?

You have to have…

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • Resident Property and Casualty Agent’s license
  • 10 years Personal Account Manager Experience or 5 years Personal Account Manager? Experience and a CISR or CPCU designation
  • 3+ years of experience with Personal Lines High Net Worth markets
  • AAI, CIC, CPCU, and/or CISR designations obtained or commitment to obtain preferred
  • Knowledgeable of all personal lines products and rating procedures
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel) and electronic mail system (e.g., Outlook)
  • Proficiency in office equipment such as computer, copier, and phone
  • Proficiency in word processing and typing skills
  • Strong respect for confidentiality
  • Regular and consistent attendance
  • Ability to observe safety and security procedures and use equipment and materials properly
  • Ability to conform with and abide by all workplace policies, work procedures, and instructions
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with company employees and external contacts
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 or more years of Applied Epic system experience
