What does the role entail?

Your responsibilities will include...

  • Assisting producers in crafting service strategies for key accounts
  • Overseeing the renewal process in line with agency protocols
  • Managing account servicing tasks, such as issuing certificates, processing endorsements, conducting audits, and maintaining up-to-date records of all account activities
  • Timely invoicing of policies and other premium-related items
  • Reviewing policies upon receipt for accuracy
  • Promptly addressing customer inquiries and requests for assistance
  • Evaluating client contracts and advising producers, clients, and carriers on necessary coverage modifications to meet contract requirements
  • Communicating essential information to producers, clients, carriers, and other team members involved in account servicing.
