Position Summary: The Sales Enablement Manager will drive sales performance for Concept’s Sales Development clients by developing strategic content, sequences, and onboarding programs. This role requires a dynamic individual with experience across multiple industries, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in tools like HubSpot and ZoomInfo. The ideal candidate will effectively bridge gaps between Concept’s operation group and clients while fostering collaboration across teams.


Essential Functions:

  • Content and Sequences Development:
  • Create and manage sales content and sequences tailored to different stages of the sales cycle for various clients.
  • In some cases, develop training materials and resources to support sales teams.
  • Cross-Industry Experience:
  • Leverage experience from multiple industries to inform sales strategies and processes.
  • Adapt and apply best practices from various sectors to enhance lead generation sales effectiveness.
  • Operations and Client Relations:
  • Serve as a liaison between operations teams and clients to ensure alignment and address any gaps.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration to improve client satisfaction and operational efficiency.
  • Analytical Skills:
  • Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement data-driven strategies to optimize sales performance.
  • Develop and manage KPIs within HubSpot to show sales activity and sequence performance
  • HubSpot Proficiency:
  • Utilize HubSpot for managing sales pipelines, automating sequences, and tracking performance.
  • Train and support sales teams in using HubSpot effectively.
  • Sales Strategies Development:
  • Design and implement email and outreach sales strategies to achieve our client’s goals.
  • Agency Experience:
  • Apply knowledge and experience from working in an agency environment to enhance sales processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with creative and marketing teams to support sales initiatives.
  • Onboarding Projects:
  • Develop and oversee onboarding programs for new sales development specialist hires.
  • Ensure new team members are equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed.
  • ZoomInfo/Data Procurement Experience:
  • Create and manage prospect lists using ZoomInfo for targeted sales development campaigns.

Decision Making Authority: The Sales Enablement Manager does not have the authority to spend or commit unbudgeted company dollars without the consent of the head of finance, Director of Operations, or Vice President of Operations.

Professionalism & Integrity: The Sales Enablement Manager is always expected to professionally represent Concept. This includes moral character, good business decisions, professional appearance, and good work ethics.

Other Responsibilities: The Sales Enablement Manager may be required to perform other job-related functions not listed above but deemed necessary by Concept Services. Other duties may be due to workload, level of resources, goals of company, etc.

Sales Responsibilities: This position will be required at times to join and participate in customer and prospect meetings to help close new business and assist in account management discussions.

Working Conditions: This job operates in a remote environment and occasionally in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales enablement or a related role.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, HubSpot, and Data Procurement Tools
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written; ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
