***Responsibilities**:
1.** **Sales Leadership**: Provide strategic direction and leadership to the sales team, setting clear goals and motivating the team to achieve and exceed targets.

2.** **Team Development**:Recruit, train, and develop sales professionals to ensure a high-performance, customer-focused team.

3. **Sales Strategy**: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships.

4. **Performance Management**: Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to maximize productivity.

5. **Customer Engagement**: Foster positive relationships with key clients and contribute to customer retention and satisfaction.

6. **Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and success across the organization.

***Requirements**:
1. Proven experience as a Sales Manager, with a successful track record of leading and motivating sales teams to achieve and exceed targets.

2. Strong understanding of sales techniques, strategies, and customer relationship management.

3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

4. Results-driven with a focus on achieving and surpassing sales goals.

5. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

6. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
