Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service Excellence: Efficiently execute tasks outlined in repair orders, from oil changes to safety inspections, ensuring top-notch service.
- Technical Skills: Skillfully handle oil and filter changes, fluid level checks, tire pressure adjustments, and lubrication of moving parts.
- Parts Coordination: Communicate effectively with the parts department to secure necessary components.
- Quality Control: Keep an eye out for any defects or malfunctions, reporting them promptly.
- Documentation: Accurately record all work performed, keeping detailed records for accountability.
- Continuous Learning: Participate in training programs and stay updated with technical bulletins for professional growth.
- Presentation: Ensure guests' vehicles remain clean and report any changes in appearance or condition immediately.
- Workspace Maintenance: Keep the shop tidy and manage dealership tools and manuals responsibly.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all safety and environmental regulations, including hazardous waste disposal and OSHA guidelines.

Requirements:Experience and Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical school or ASE certification preferred.
- Experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in maintaining vehicle systems.
- Experience with using diagnostic tools, service equipment, and repair manuals.
Certifications:
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Knowledge:
- Familiarity with automobile maintenance procedures and guidelines.
Physical Ability:
- Capability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy parts and standing for extended periods.
- Manual dexterity and the ability to use hand tools effectively.

- High precision and attention to detail in all repair and maintenance tasks.
