- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Manage cash register operations, including processing payments and providing change.
- Prepare and serve food orders promptly and accurately.
- Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the store environment, including equipment and facilities.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and storage areas as required.
- Support inventory management by receiving and pricing merchandise, as well as completing necessary documentation.
- Verify identification for the legal sale of age-restricted products.
- Complete all required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
- Follow all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Brew Oil LLC handbook.
- Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- Perform other tasks as directed by management.
- Adhere to scheduled shifts and maintain reliable attendance, including covering shifts when necessary.
