Hours: Monday through Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

Position Summary: We are looking for high-energy & fast-paced experienced permitting coordinator to apply for permitting and to schedule inspections for our HVAC, electrical, gas, & generator department. Tasks include but are not limited to filling out NOC permits, permitting applications and completing all required paperwork. You will also upload documents and data to municipality, check on status of permits daily, print out and assemble permit package for posting on jobsite, schedule inspection and track inspection results with spreadsheet, coordinate with customers, and assist with phones and scheduling customers for inspection-related tasks. Submitting warranty claims to file for re-imbursement on parts ordered and warranty labor claims for re-imbursement of our time on warranty work performed for Manufacturers.. This includes uploading documents and filing forms with multiple manufacturers, following up on claims, scanning claims into customer files, and keeping track on spreadsheet.

Required Qualifications:

  • Pass a drug and background check.
  • Prior experience with permitting for a gas, HVAC, electrical, & generators
  • Ability to multi-task while meeting various deadlines.
  • Must be able to follow directions from supervisor.
  • Understand and follow company policies and procedures.
  • Basic computer skills (outlook, excel, word).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
