Job Overview

Ally Building Solutions specializes in providing a wide range of products and expert installation services, including flooring, cabinetry, countertops, and more, to builders in various regions. We are currently seeking a skilled Service & Warranty Coordinator to join our Orlando division.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and schedule service appointments with homeowners, collaborating with warranty representatives and other trades using company-provided tools.
  • Utilize company systems and scheduling platforms to generate work orders and maintain accurate tracking of service requests.
  • Prepare and distribute daily work orders efficiently.
  • Accurately log customer service inquiries and material requirements into our Operating System.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams, external supervisors, homeowners, and builder warranty representatives as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in home building construction is highly desirable.
  • Familiarity with builder software platforms, such as RFMS or BuildPro, is preferred.
  • Strong organizational abilities with a keen attention to detail and effective time management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
