We are currently seeking a skilled Service & Warranty Coordinator to join our Orlando division. This role is essential in managing warranty inquiries and offering administrative assistance during service appointments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate service appointments with homeowners, collaborating with warranty representatives and various trades using Ally Building Solutions' resources.
  • Utilize company systems and scheduling tools to generate work orders, oversee scheduling, and maintain accurate records of work order progress.
  • Prepare and distribute daily work orders efficiently.
  • Accurately log customer service requests and material requirements into our Operating System (RFMS).
  • Engage and communicate with both internal and external supervisors, as well as homeowners and builder warranty representatives as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in home building construction is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with builder software platforms, such as RFMS, BuildPro, or SupplyPro is advantageous.
  • Proven organizational skills with a keen attention to detail, effective time management, and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong customer service and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment that requires multitasking.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook and Excel.
