Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide exceptional support to our executive leadership team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and are looking for an opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic company, we want to hear from you


Responsibilities:

  • Manage and prioritize the daily schedule of the President, COO, and CFO, including meetings, appointments, travel arrangements, and events.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, including screening and managing communications (emails, calls, etc.).
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, taking minutes and ensuring follow-up on action items.
  • Conduct research and provide analysis to support decision-making and strategy development.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as directed by the executives.
  • Manage expense reports, invoices, and other administrative tasks to ensure smooth financial operations.
  • Provide support in the organization and planning of company events and meetings.
  • Anticipate the needs of the executives and proactively address them.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred but not required.
  • 1+ years as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
  • Flexibility to work outside standard hours when necessary.
