Anytime Flooring is seeking a motivated professional to fill our Office Administrator & Sales Assistant position. Anytime Flooring is a leading flooring and installation provider in the Southeast Region. We have over 10 years of professional flooring experience in both commercial and residential projects. Our experienced professionals are eager to guide and assist clients through numerous product options and insightful design projects.

Job Summary: Our Office Administrator & Sales Assistant position will be the first point of contact for our clients who call and visit Anytime Flooring. This role involves managing administrative tasks, assisting with sales, handling customer inquiries, shadowing the flooring sales associate, and running errands. Strong communication, multitasking, and attention to detail are essential.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
  • Manage day-to-day office operations, including handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
  • Maintain and organize office files, records, and supplies.
  • Assist the sales team with customer inquiries, order processing, and follow-up.
  • Shadow the flooring sales associate to learn and assist with sales processes, customer interactions, and product knowledge.
  • Prepare and distribute sales reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
  • Provide superior customer service to guests as they enter the Anytime Flooring building.
  • Assist with company-wide vehicle scheduling.
  • Run errands as needed to support office and sales functions.

  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Adobe.
  • Valid Driver's License

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and make decisions using Anytime Flooring's core values of Quality, Teamwork, Pride, Passion, and Integrity
  • Proficient in computer, text, and email skills
  • May perform other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:

  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to lift to 15 pounds at a time.
  • Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
