Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs general administrative duties - incoming calls on a multi-line, typing, data entry, reporting, and filing.
Ensures proper sign-in & other security procedures.
Handles special administrative tasks and projects such as conference preparation.Work Experience:
Must have a High School diploma or GED.Must possess excellent organizational & communication skills (verbal and written).
Experience working in receptionist or other clerical roles is preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office preferred.
Multi-tasking skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks provided.Other Requirements:
