Job Summary:
Liberty National Golf Club is seeking a versatile and highly organized candidate to join our team as a Member Services | Admin Assistant. In this dual-role position, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our executive team while also delivering a high-quality standard of service to our membership.
As the Admin Assistant, you will be responsible for managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and handling confidential information. You will also assist in preparing reports, presentations, and executive correspondence. This position allows for the candidate to receive a well-rounded experience, taking direction from each of the Department Heads to perform member + administrative related tasks and projects.
As the Member Services, you will play a vital role promoting events / services, answering questions, taking phone calls, managing correspondence, giving instructions to the members, and implementing marketing strategies and campaigns. This includes working with a third-party to manage social media platforms, assisting with member events, and creating content for internal communications.
We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task effectively. Previous experience within the private club, sports/entertainment or hospitality is strongly preferred. The candidate should also be comfortable with engaging in a variety of different communicative models (verbal, non-verbal & written) as well as being attuned to others through strong active listening skills.
The Member Services | Admin Assistant position is required to work weekdays, weekends and some holidays. When responding, please be sure to include your resume.
