Reports to: Chief Technology Officer
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations Management
- Coordinate, manage and prioritize project and company related tasks and resources on a daily basis.
- Maintain project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure on-time and within-budget completion.
- Establish and enforce standards, policies, and procedures to enhance operational efficiency and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, maintaining relationships and ensuring satisfaction.
- Address customer issues promptly and effectively, striving to enhance the customer experience.
- Manage AV/IT resources, including staffing levels, training, and utilization on projects.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Support, contribute, and comply with the company’s entrepreneurs operating system (EOS)
- Align with the Core Values of IM Solutions
- Work well under pressure and maintain the highest standards of integrity and teamsmanship
Essential Duties You'll Need to Fulfill:
This is a partial list. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
- Plan, communicate, and track all aspects of the IM Solutions Operations department
- Lead weekly Line of Business (LOB) meetings
- Lead weekly Operations department meetings
- Actively participate in weekly Leadership meetings
- Work closely with Leadership team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation
- Maintain safe and healthy work environment by establishing, following, and enforcing standards, processes, and procedures
- Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints
- Serve as a key point of contact when there are customer issues related to equipment quality, customer service, or accidents and mishaps on-site.
- Work collaboratively with all IMS Solutions staff for the greater good of the company
Required Qualifications:
- Strong organizational, time management, and leadership skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Commitment to people management with dignity and respect.
- Adaptability to technology advancements and changing project requirements.
- Proficiency in MIS tools such as ERP, BMS, CRM, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of best project management practices and problem-solving abilities
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in technology-based project management and construction methodology
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or technical degree preferred.
