A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A NIGHT GUEST SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

As a Night Guest Service Representative, you're the face of our hotel during the overnight shift You love greeting all guests and clients as you man the front desk. Hospitality-driven, you ensure our guests receive world-class service at check-in and upon check out, and recommend places to eat or things to do as needed. You also answer phones and make reservations with enthusiasm. Always meticulous, you run the night audit to ensure that all numbers are accurate. You love making personal connections with people, which is why you're perfect for this entry-level position

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Must be a self-starter / responsible

Is being dependable and professional at the heart of all you do? Can you show hospitality to all guests? Are you extremely friendly and able to build a rapport with people easily? If yes, you might just be perfect for this entry-level front desk position

WORK SCHEDULE

This full- or part-time position typically works overnight from 11:00 pm - 7:00 am.
