Job Title: House Manager

Location: Sandstone Care, Women's Transitional Living House, Boulder, CO

Compensation: $21.64 Per Hour + Competitive Benefits Package

Shift: 3.5 Days On (24/7 at the house while on shift)

We offer a full continuum of care, including medical detox, residential treatment, partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, and transitional living programs. Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Women's Transitional Living House in Boulder. This position requires the candidate to stay at the house for 3.5 days at a time, ensuring a supportive, safe, and structured environment for residents. The House Manager will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive community atmosphere and supporting residents in their transition to independent living.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Resident Support:

    • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents.
    • Facilitate a positive and inclusive community atmosphere.
    • Assist residents in developing and maintaining daily routines.
    • Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise.
  2. House Management:

    • Oversee the daily operations of the house, ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
    • Coordinate and supervise household chores and responsibilities among residents.
    • Manage household supplies and inventory.
    • Ensure the house complies with all safety and health regulations.
  3. Transportation:

    • Transport Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) and Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP) clients to and from programming as needed.
    • Ensure the safety and punctuality of all transport services.
    • Maintain the vehicle in good condition and report any issues promptly.
  4. Administrative Duties:

    • Maintain accurate records of resident activities, incidents, and progress.
    • Communicate regularly with the treatment team and provide updates on residents' well-being.
    • Assist with scheduling and coordinating resident appointments and activities.
    • Enforce house rules and guidelines consistently and fairly.
  5. Emergency Response:

    • Be available to respond to emergencies and provide crisis intervention when necessary.
    • Implement emergency procedures and ensure residents' safety at all times.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in a residential or transitional living environment is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of substance use and mental health disorders is required
  • CPR and First Aid certification is required
  • All offers of employment will be contingent on candidates successfully passing a comprehensive background check including criminal seart, motor vehicle report, and fingerprinting.
