Summary

The Sales Concierge Coordinator will support the Home Loan Mortgage queue, ensuring an exceptional member experience. This role assists the Originator with non-licensed activities as requested and advocates for members, aligning with our core values. The position involves supporting a team of 30-40 mortgage professionals, answering member questions, transferring calls to the appropriate channels, scheduling appointments for Mortgage Loan Originators (MLOs), and delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:

  • Independently manage the mortgage queue, ensuring timely responses
  • Utilize the mortgage origination system to review files and answer member inquiries
  • Communicate clearly with members and uphold the company culture when interacting with other departments
  • Address and resolve special member circumstances and issues as they arise
  • Support the team in meeting compliance initiatives
  • Provide exceptional member service at all times
  • Proactively identify, escalate, and propose solutions to potential issues, contributing to operational success
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of general customer service experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for addressing inquiries and clearly communicating issues with associates, members, and upper management
  • Experience in mortgage, consumer credit, or consumer lending
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance
  • NMLS license is a plus
