About the Role

The Concierge is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing external and internal calls, and communicating messages to residents and staff. You'll also be responsible for maintaining the reception area, distributing mail, and updating resident records.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls, taking messages and communicating with residents and staff as needed.
  • Greet residents and visitors, providing directions and answering inquiries.
  • Prepare meal tickets and tallies for the Dining staff.
  • Update the Resident Phone List and Roster, Move-In and Move-Out Register, and Guest and Sign-In Logs as necessary.
  • Manage appointments for residents and family members.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
  • Distribute mail to residents, Executive Director, and Department Coordinators.
  • Maintain resident forms for miscellaneous credits.
  • Adhere to all company personnel policies and established operating procedures.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • One to three years of customer service experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
