What Responsibilities Will You Have?
● Assisting customers and motivating staff to perform in a positive work environment
● Provides historical reference by defining procedures for retention, protection, retrieval, transfer, and proper disposal of records
● Open and close the store
● Training new hires and following checklists and scripts
● Implement office policy and procedures and lead staff holding them accountable
● Delegate and follow up on delegation
● Communication with upper management on staff evaluations and growth
● Staff retention by coaching, counseling, and using our progressive discipline, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
● Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
● Determine staffing requirements daily for call-outs and sending staff home if business is slow
● Quality Assurance: Run reports and double-check that work is completed correctly
● Customer Service
● Receptionist Duties
● Answering Multi-Line Phones
● Data Entry
● Cashier
● Work in close proximity with customers
● Fingerprint Technician - will train
● Notary Public Certification - will train
● Ability and willingness to upsell services
● Customer de-escalation
Qualifications:
● Management: 5 years (Required)
● At least 21 years of age
● Must be a US Citizen or lawful permanent resident
● GED or higher
● Cashier and Customer Service experience: 2 years (Required)
Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Sundays. Compensation depends on your experience.
