We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Product Marketing Director to join our dynamic global marketing team, serving the fast-growing FDH Electronics division. This strategic marketing position will play a crucial role in developing and executing marketing strategies, expanding brand awareness, increasing market share, and maximizing revenue opportunities for FDH’s electronics product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement product marketing strategies to promote the electronic components and services offered by FDH Electronics
  • Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with sales goals
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, adapting marketing strategies to meet their changing needs and preferences
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and monitor industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth and translate findings into actionable plans
  • Develop product positioning and value propositions to differentiate the FDH Electronics division in the marketplace
  • Create and oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns, product campaigns, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Collaborate with internal marketing resources and external agencies to create compelling and engaging content such as blog posts, articles, social media posts, videos, and infographics, to drive audience engagement, brand awareness and motivate purchases through our e-commerce platform and sales teams
  • Develop sales and recruiting materials such as product datasheets, brochures, line cards, case studies, whitepapers, presentations, and co-op supplier marketing that help our teams effectively communicate FDH Aero’s value to customers, suppliers, and future employees
  • Manage relationships with key supplier partners, and industry stakeholders to build strong, long-lasting relationships and drive business success
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, providing regular reports and recommendations for optimization
  • Other projects may be assigned


Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, engineering, or a related field. MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the aerospace or defense industry with a focus on electronics
  • Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including market segmentation, positioning and competitive analysis
  • Strong understanding of electronic components and systems, including knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and best practices
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful product marketing strategies that drive revenue growth and market share
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-starter and self-motivated working style, that is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Ability to receive feedback and quickly and accurately incorporate it
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business objectives
  • Ability to travel as necessary
