JOB SUMMARY:

The Digital Marketing & Analytics Director reports to the VP, Marketing & eCommerce. This role will support the development of the Kay Jewelers digital strategy and lead end to end execution of the site to grow the profitability of the business.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

POSITION QUALIFICATIONS:

Education Required:

Bachelor's Degree

Required or Acceptable Job-Related Experience:

10+ years of professional work experience, preferably with experience managing e-commerce projects and user experience.

Technical/Other Skills Required:

Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem-solver and strategic thinker with proven success delivering best in class digital and omni-channel customer experiences Excellent interpersonal and people leadership skills - Able to collaborate effectively and drive alignment across teams using a broad range of influence styles to drive desired results Proven experience in leading teams including providing direction, understanding resource capability and successfully driving results working with internal or external resources Demonstrated initiative and ability to work independently and to manage cross-functional business partners who are not direct line reports Able to effectively juggle multiple projects at one time Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of organization, both internally and externally
